What if I can’t attend some of the dates in the course?You will need to rearrange another time for a replacement class with the course trainer. The replacement class will be charged a fee according to the hours missed. The price rate for replacement class is RM 60 / hour. Example if you missed 5 hours class it will be a total of RM 300, after SST will be RM 324.

What should I prepare for the short course?For your Pilates session at Kipa Pilates, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting exercise clothing that allows for a full range of movement. It's advisable to bring your own water bottle. Additionally, since the air conditioning in our studio might be cold, you may want to bring a jacket to ensure your comfort throughout the session. While the essentials such as mats and props will be provided, feel free to bring your own stationery if you wish to take notes or track your progress during the session. Our aim is to create a welcoming and accommodating environment for all participants.
